These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Titus, an AI Email Executive Assistant provided by McClean Group AI.

By creating an account or using Titus, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Titus Services

Titus helps users:

  • Organize email
  • Categorize messages
  • Identify emails requiring action
  • Generate draft responses
  • Reference uploaded business knowledge
  • Personalize drafts using user-provided writing samples

Titus currently supports Gmail and Microsoft Outlook.

Titus generates drafts only. Titus does not automatically send emails.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your account secure.
  • Use Titus lawfully.
  • Review AI-generated drafts before sending.
  • Ensure uploaded content belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

You remain solely responsible for any email you choose to send.

AI Disclaimer

Titus uses artificial intelligence to assist with email management.

AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation.

You should always review drafts before sending them.

McClean Group AI is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Your Content

You retain ownership of:

  • Emails
  • Uploaded documents
  • Writing samples
  • Business knowledge
  • AI-generated drafts

You grant McClean Group AI permission to process this content solely for the purpose of providing Titus.

Beta Program

During the beta period:

  • Titus is provided free of charge.
  • Features may change.
  • Bugs or interruptions may occur.
  • We may request feedback to improve the product.

Participation in the beta does not guarantee continued free access after commercial release.

Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to Titus.
  • Use Titus for unlawful activities.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the software except as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Titus, its software, branding, logos, and related intellectual property are owned by McClean Group AI.

These Terms do not grant ownership of Titus or its technology.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks.

You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, McClean Group AIshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Titus. During the beta program, Titus is provided free of charge and “as is.” McClean Group AI’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the beta service shall not exceed USD $50.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Titus after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
