Titus does not permanently store copies of emails retrieved from your connected email account.

User Uploaded Content

You may voluntarily upload:

• Company documentation
• Other reference materials

These files are stored securely and are used only to personalize Titus and improve the quality of AI-generated drafts.

Uploaded content remains available until you delete it or your account is deleted.

Usage Information

This information helps us maintain and improve the service.

We use your information to:

• Provide Titus services
• Organize your inbox
• Categorize emails

Titus uses OpenAI to generate draft responses, classify emails, and organize inbox content.

Information sent through the OpenAI API is processed solely to provide requested functionality and is not used to train OpenAI’s public AI models.

AI-generated responses should always be reviewed before being sent.

If you connect your Gmail account:

• Access is granted only after your authorization through Google’s OAuth process.
• Gmail information is used only to provide Titus functionality.
• Gmail information is never sold.
• Gmail information is never used for advertising.
• Gmail information is never used to train generalized AI models.
• Titus’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you connect your Microsoft Outlook account:

• Access is granted only after your authorization.
• Outlook information is used only to provide Titus functionality.
• Outlook information is never sold.
• Outlook information is never used for advertising.
• Outlook information is never used to train generalized AI models.

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only when necessary to operate Titus, including:

• OpenAI for AI processing
• Infrastructure providers used to host Titus

We do not share your information for advertising purposes.

Connected email content is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored.

Uploaded documents and writing samples remain stored until you delete them or delete your account.

When an account is deleted:

• Access to connected email accounts is revoked.
• Uploaded content is scheduled for deletion.
• Most information is removed immediately.
• Backup copies are permanently deleted within 30 days.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.

Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually work to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

You may:

• Access your account information.
• Delete uploaded documents.
• Delete your account.
• Revoke email provider access at any time through your provider’s security settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
